I took it to heart and tend to mess things up royally but I frequently get things to work, eventually. Here's how I create albums - not sure if it's the right way but it works.<br />In Picasa, open a photo you want to put in a new album. Right click, and when the little window opens go to "Add to album" > "New album"<br />Another dialog box will ask you to name the album.
