Brrr!!

When we first started travelling to Mexico I was agog at seeing locals wearing parkas when the temperature was 22C, give or take a couple of degrees. Twenty-two Celcius is a lovely summer day up in our Canadian neck of the woods. Shorts and t-shirt weather.

Last week was very hot. The weekend saw temps of 38C. The past three days have been 21-25C and I've been freezing my tail off. I've been wrapped up in long pants, long sleeved shirt and a vest since Monday. Tonight we actually turned the ceiling fan off and closed up the sliding window in the living room.

I think I've acclimated.
